DIY foot cream

This is a super easy DIY and all you need is a few oils, a mixer and some coconut oil.
I like to tell the story about our now 2 year old. She was never really a good sleeper, no matter what we tried, she was always up at night intermittently. We did sleep training, co-sleeping, cry it out, all the things and she just continued to wake up throughout the night. Then we found oils, more specifically we found Young Living's Dream Catcher essential oil blend which we diffuse in her room every night. We began with just diffusing Lavender, cedarwood and dream catcher and she slept through the night. Fluke? So we did it again with the same result. And again, and again and we started that when she was around 18 months old, she is now 2.5 and sleeps through the night, every night. We diffuse, we roll, and we use this super yummy foot rub so not only is she getting emotional and sleep support from oils, but she also gets a nice foot rub before bed, I mean, who wouldn't want that?

What you need:
Cold-press coconut oil
Lavender essential oil
Cedarwood essential oil
Valor essential oil
Small air tight container
Directions:
- 1/2 cup of cold pressed coconut oil, mix it for 5-10 minutes with an electric mixer until light and fluffy
- 6 drops of each oil
- Lavender
- Cedarwood
- Valor

For adults I do 10-12 drops of each oil, the above recipe is for my 2 year old and 9 month old.
After you have whipped up your coconut oil, slowly fold in all of your oils and that's it! A little goes a very long way so this mixture will last us awhile.
You can use this same general recipe for a multitude of things.
Sore Muscles:
40 Drops of Panaway (extra strong please and thanks)
15 drops Kunzea
Chest Rub:
20 drops Raven or R.C
10 drops peppermint
Enjoy,
